Publishing policy

Results are posted here as soon as they are checked. Papers follow different rules: each journal sets its own rules about what may be public before it decides on a paper, and this site follows them.

For a paper that is still with a journal, this site shows only what the journal allows. Sometimes that is the full manuscript, sometimes a summary, sometimes only a title. Once a paper is published or presented, its page fills in.

The site checks this automatically: if a page would show more than its journal allows, the site does not publish.
